Group Dental Insurance

For many employees, a dental policy is one of the most important benefits of working for a company.  If you conducted a survey of all employees and asked them to rank the importance of a dental plan, many would place it just behind health insurance in order of importance.
 
All dental plans are not equal.  There are some great values out there, and some other plans that really are not that strong.   Are you getting the best price / value in your group dental plan?
